In September of 2001, David Jones joined the staff at Howard Engineering and Geology, Inc. David has 22 years of experience in Quality Control inspection in mining, commercial and government industries. David has worked as an inspector on numerous US Army Corps of Engineers projects as well as inspection work for the city and county school boards. Also, David works as a permit technician and is an MSHA certified impoundment inspector for Howard Engineering and Geology, Inc. David has acquired numerous certifications in 22 years from OMSL, MSHA, KYDNR, OSHA, KYDOT, ACI, KRMCA and radiation safety.
