The staff of Howard Engineering and Geology, Inc. welcomed Michelle Osborne in November 2011. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Environmental Studies, Michelle works as an Environmental Biologist for HEG. Her duties include stream assessment, Army Corps of Engineers permit writing, stream restoration and mitigation plan design, and Aquatic Resources Alteration Permit writing for the state of Tennessee.
