Justin Howard holds a degree in Geology from Eastern Kentucky University. He joined the staff of Howard Engineering and Geology, Inc. in 2012 and works as an Engineering Assistant. Justin assists in all areas of mine layout and reclamation permit design. He is a member of the Geological Society of America and the American Institute of Professional Geologist.
