Timothy C. Howard, P.E. is a 1983 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Mining Engineering. Beyond being a co-founder of Howard Engineering and Geology, Inc., Tim is a Professional Engineer in the states of Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia. He is also a member of the American Institute of Mining Engineers and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
