Steve Sergent became an employee of HEG in 1997. A graduate of Union College, he works as an Engineering Technician for the company. Steve has more than 25 years of experience in the engineering field. He is responsible for various aspects of the Kentucky Department for Natural Resources Coal Mining permit process including AutoCAD drawings and designs and mine lay-out and design.
